We like to do all of our billing at the beginning of each month. For that reason we do something called “pro-rating.” With pro-rating the system figures out how much time is left in the billing month and figures out a percentage of a total month’s bill. For both of our convenience the pro rated current month AND next month are charging at the same time.

What you received was an automated courtesy notification that the credit card you have on file is nearing expiration. Whenever you place an order with us the credit card info is saved for possible use in future orders such as additional licenses, support, etc.

You are not REQUIRED to update this info (for most people it’s just changing the cc expiration date) but it WOULD make things easier the next time you placed an order with us for an additional license or ordered additional support/updates beyond the six months that comes with your owned license.

We apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience. All of our orders are manually verified before the key is issued. This is for your protection as well as ours. Your license should be issued shortly. If you do not get your key issued within 12 hrs please email sales@interworx.com with your order number and we will look into it.

You are getting this because you have a single domain license key in your account. Even though they are free, these are treated in our billing/licensing system as leased licenses with a value of $0.00/month. Each month we invoice for all leased licenses, including the single domain one even though it is free. You do not need to take any action as the bill is for $0.00.

The only way to get rid of these is to cancel the single domain license. You can do so by emailing billing@interworx.com

We accept Visa, MasterCard and other major credit cards through our merchant account and Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Electronic Checks via PayPal as well as PayPal balance transfers. Resellers must pay via Credit Card because they get instant license key activation.

Reseller license keys are auto generated without manual verification. For this reason we need to make sure we are paid for this license, and the easiest way to do this is with a credit card.

The invoice due date is a day or two after it’s created but we also give a 7-10 day grace period after that time before we would deactivate the license for non-payment.

If you have a credit card, you can place it on file on your account and the invoice will be auto charged to it each term.

Leased licenses come with UNLIMITED free updates for the duration of the lease.

Owned/One Time Licenses come with 6 months of UNLIMITED free updates. Additional updates may be purchased in 6 month blocks for $50.
