Cannot Remove IP From Machine

I have an IP that I no longer want on my system. I'm assuming the way to remove the IP from my box is to set "Active on System" under IP Management to "No". When I do that I get the following errors.

» IP deleted from system successfully : 205.218.67.162
» DNS server unmapped successfully
» IP deactivation from the system failed : 205.218.67.162

Any ideas?

I no longer need/want the IP and now I can't seem to dump it.

Might be worth tailing the /home/interworx/var/log/iworx.log log file and see if any more clues are given :)

Try running: ~iworx/cron/ip.pex --sync

I did what you said Socheat then tried to remove the IP and the system went down hard.

Okay... The datacenter mucked something up during the server set up and they fixed it. Issue resolved.
