View Full Version : is there anyway to reset InterWorx?
our InterWorx installation has gone out of sync with our Red Hat 9 configuration and, for example, our SiteWorx site shows erroneous user accounts (ftp, mail) which we cannot edit / delete, etc.
is there anyway to reset InterWorx database to start configuring our server from zero? :(

Without knowing what caused the problem, a complete reinstall of the server is probably the only way to reset.
If you want to open a ticket at our Helpdesk (http://interworx.info/helpdesk), and provide us with
1) Your NodeWorx login
2) The root password to the server
I can take a look and see if I can get things back on track.
Be sure to include how to reproduce the problem, and info about what may have caused it in the first place.
