cannot reach PHPmyadmin

I moved to a new host: http://webxtra.nl since last week. My site: www.clicks4you.nl (http://www.clicks4you.nl) is tot be buid yet.
since 2 days I'm not able anymore to login to PHPmyadmin.

I tried changing my username and password without succes.
I deleted my database, opened a new one. Still myadmin isn't working
I reported the problem to my host but they gave me thesuggestion a've already tried.

What could be the problem.

phpMyAdmin kun je alleen bereiken wanneer je een mysql database hebt aangemaakt met daarop een user die aan de database is gekoppelt. Hoe je dit alles doet zijn hele mooie FLASH handleidingen gemaakt op de Interworx site, zie de link: http://www.interworx.com/support/docs/iworx-cp/webadmin/flash en kijk even onder mySQL.

Trouwens nog even een tip die goed bedoelt is: wanneer je een probleem hebt waar je niet uit komt ondanks het contact met je provider, plaats dan je probleem zonder hun naam te noemen. Het heeft namelijk geen enkele meerwaarden en zou trouwens de indruk kunnen wekken dat hun iets fout hebben gedaan en nalaten jou afdoende te helpen terwijl dit niet het geval is.
