I start seting my new servers, AMD ATHLON 64 X2 6000+ 2gb ram.
What is better i386_64 or i386 OS ?
Something really improved if ise 64 bits?
How work iworx under 64 bits OS?
Some compat problem with mail service, apache, or some reasson for skip 64bits?
I not serve JAVA on my servers.
Not plain isntall more of 2gb of ram.
Any coment sugestion apreciated !!

CentOS 4.4 64 bit has worked well for me on an AMD 64 CPU (single core)

Yes, CentOS 4 64 bit is fully supported.
Will you see significant improvement over 32 bit? That's probably up for debate, I don't have the answer.

I mean worse case scenario you are running at the same speed as 32 bit and I dont think price is really an issue anymore and as more and more programs are written for 64 bit the future looks *bright* (wow that was cheasy ;) )

Paul, if you have to choose you decide 64 or 32 bits, just your personal opinion : )
The experimental php 5.2 avilable from interowrx, work on 64 bits OS or need something?
