Disk quota not working when close to limit.

Hi, on one of our servers when the disk quota is close to the limit (for example 94MB when limit set to 100MB) and you click on the link to show you the usage (for example https://www.domain.com:2443/siteworx/stats.php?mode=realtime&graph=storage it doesn't work and takes you to a blank page. Any idea of what this could be? Thanks!
