Regarding hard disk space usage, are there any limits on how much space a website hosted on InterWorx can use?

Unless you specify one in NodeWorx, the only limit to a SiteWorx account storage is the size of your hard disk or /chroot partition. Obviously as the disk gets full log files, email, etc will not save and things will begin to break. There is no hard fast rules.
