webmail error - forbidden

About a week ago, I started receiving complaints from our clients stating that they could not access webmail. None of our accounts can access by going www.example.com/webmail. We can access if we use the root server name
https://server.name.com:2443/webmail/.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Please help!


My iworx.conf file has not been changed by me, here it is if it helps:
