Are you suggesting that it would never get past the first round because Billy Boy would have to continuously shut down and restart? :(

Nope...he'd be stuck at the blue screen once he tried CTRL+ALT+DELETE so he'd have to shut down and then wouldn't even bother turning back on ;)
