Restore Problem

Hi ,

I made backups all of my clients and move to a new server. Then i am trying to restore from the backup files. It creates succesfull the siteworx account (with all my settings) but it is not extracting any of the files in html or mysql to the account. If i do it manualy . ( untar , c/p the files) it works, but i have 150 accounts... and it is difficult to do this for each one!

Maybe a bug ?

Assuming you've verified that the backup was a full backup (not just mail and/or databases) My suggestion would be to to open a support ticket so that Socheat can take a look at it.
