CRON Job Off and On switch

I'd really like the ability to turn CRON jobs on and off without having to delete them.

We'll gauge support for this oaf. But the main idea behind CRON is to set and forget. If you need something run less often or on weird schedules CRON is adept at handling these needs.

For testing purposes and periodic non-routine but frequently used type things this would be very beneficial.
