Problem with backing up

I tried to backup one of my sites within Nodeworx, and it doesn't backup. The e-mail to notify me says:

This in an automatic informational message to notify you that the backup
of domain XXXX.com was unsuccessfully completed. The backup
file can be found here:

What do you guys think is wrong?

Just from the looks of things I'm wondering if you have a permissions problem. I'm sure Socheat will get to the bottom of things :-)
