What does this technically measure? (from where to where)?

I didn't see it on any docs or in the forum...

It's simply a graph, over time, of ping round trip time (in ms) to yahoo.com I believe.

Could you confirm that it is to Yahoo?

Mine jumps up 30 ms every once in a while for a while, so I'd like to know more about this.

It is by default - just check your ~iworx/iworx.ini file and you should see:

[rrd]
ping_host="yahoo.com"
