Added a siteworx account and now unable to delete.

Hi,

Anyone shed some light on this one...

I used whoiscart to add a new account by mistake I entered a IP Address in the target, which should have been a domain.

No I have a siteworx account setup with domain xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx When I click on delete it asks me am I sure I wish to delete I press yes and then it comes back " » No SiteWorx account exists with the given domain : xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"

Any idea how I can remove this error.

Hi Perry-

Try running the following as root from the command line:

/home/interworx/bin/package.deactivate.pex --domlist xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

and see if that fixes the problem. If not, feel free to open up a support ticket.
