This could possibly either be me being stupid, or is a problem.
In the 'master' Nodeworx login, when clicking on Backup you can only backup the siteworx accounts which are under the main nodeworx account and not any of those under resellers.
Unfortunately, the only way to do that would be to login to the resellers panel, however I don't see a link such as the [Siteworx] link where you can log directly into the account (I doubt it would work)
just random ramblings, but if someone could comment, it would be appreciated.
