The IP address must exist and be active in the InterWorx-CP system. An IP Address is active in InterWorx-CP if it has a value of Yes in the drop-down list with a background color of GREEN in the Available to IWorx-CP column.

This procedures will detail how to make an IP Address available or unavailable to Resellers.

1. Click on the Server menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    IP Management item.
3. You should now be looking at the IP Management controls in the main content area.
4. Locate the IP Address List section
5. Find the IP Address you wish to modify.
6. Select Yes from the drop-down list in the Available to Resellers column.
7. Select Commit Changes from the drop-down list at the bottom of the IP Address table.
8. The background color of the drop-down list in the in the Available to Resellers column should change from BLUE to GREEN for the IP address(es) changed.
9. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » IP made available to resellers : ipaddress

3. You should now be looking at the IP Management controls in the main content area.
4. Locate the IP Address List section
5. Find the IP Address you wish to modify.
6. Select No from the drop-down list in the Available to Resellers column.
7. Select Commit Changes from the drop-down list at the bottom of the IP Address table.
8. The background color of the drop-down list in the in the Available to Resellers column should change from green to blue for the IP address(es) changed.
9. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » IP made unavailable to resellers : ipaddress
