How to Change E-mail Box Send Copy to Address

An existing SiteWorx account. An existing E-mail box.

The purpose of this is to detail how to change the Send Copy to address for an E-mail Box using SiteWorx.

1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
3. Click on the      ◊    Mailboxes item.
4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management controls in the main content area.
5. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to change the Send Copy to address for.
6. Enter a new email address in the Send Copy to field.
7. Click the Save button.
8. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » Mailbox edited successfully.
