How to Block E-mail by Subject

An existing SiteWorx account.

The user may want to block e-mail containing specific text in the message subject.

1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
3. Click on the      ◊    Mail Filters item.
4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management : Mail Filters controls in the main content area.
5. Enter the desired subject text or partial text you want to block in the box labeled “Block e-mail with subject containing:”.
6. Click the Add button.
7. You will see your blocked subject listed under the Blocked Subjects section.
