How to change delivery options for filtered messages
Prerequisites

An existing SiteWorx account.
Purpose
The user may want filetered messages to be deleted immediately, or to be treated like Spam messages, and delivered to a Spam IMAP folder, if one exists.
Procedure - Add an E-mail Box
- Click on the menu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the submenu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the ◊ mailfilters item.
- You should now be looking at the E-mail Management : Mail Filters controls in the main content area.
- Locate the section with the two radio buttons with the label “Action for blocked e-mail:”.
- Check the radio box to set the action to the preferred setting.
- The change will commit as soon as you click the button.
- You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » Filter Action Updated
