How to Delete a Spam Setting

Prerequisites

An existing SiteWorx account. An existing Spam Setting.

Purpose

The purpose of this is to detail how to delete a Spam Setting using SiteWorx.

Procedure - Delete a Spam Setting

  1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
  2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
  3. Click on the      ◊    Spam Settings item.
  4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management controls in the main content area.
  5. Click the Delete button next to the Spam Setting you wish to delete.
  6. Click the Delete button under the ‘Confirm deletion of’ message.
