Mailboxes

How To:

• Add E-mail Box
• Delete E-mail Box
• Change E-mail Box Password
• Change E-mail Box Disk Quota
• Change E-mail Box Send Copy to Address
• Toggle Vacation Message

1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Enter the desired e-mail address in the E-mail address text box.
5. Enter your desired password in the Password text box.
6. Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password text box.
7. If you'd like to set a quota for this email account, enter the amount in MB in the Email Quota field.
8. If you'd like to send a copy of all email sent to this address to another account as well, enter it in the Send Copy To field.
9. Click the Add button.
10. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox added successfully..

1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Delete button next to the E-mail account you wish delete.
5. Click the Delete button under the Confirm deletion of message.
6. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox deleted successfully..

3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to change the password for.
5. Enter a new password in the Password text box.
6. Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password text box.
7. Click the Save button.
8. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox edited successfully.

3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to change the quota for.
5. Enter a new quota in MB in the Disk Space Quota field.
6. Click the Save button.
7. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox edited successfully.

2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to change the Send Copy to address for.
5. Enter a new email address in the Send Copy to field.
6. Click the Save button.
7. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox edited successfully.

1. Click the Hosting Features menu item if it is not already open.
2. Click the E-mail menu item if it is not already open.
3. Click the Mailboxes menu item.
4. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to add/edit the vacation message for.
5. If the Vacation Message is currently off, click the On radio button next to On Vacation.
6. Type a message in the Vacation Message box. This message will be sent automatically to anyone sending an email to this account.
7. If the Vacation Message is currently on, click the Off radio button next to On Vacation.
8. Click the Save button.
9. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Mailbox edited successfully.
