How To:

Procedure - View Error Log

  1. Click the Icon Administration menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the Icon Logs menu item.
  3. Select the number of errors you would like to view by clicking on the Error Count Dropdown.

Procedure - View Daily Transfer Log

  1. Click the Icon Administration menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the Icon Logs menu item.
  3. Click the button download your log.
  4. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: Your download will start in a few seconds..
  5. When prompted, follow the instructions from your browser to complete download.
