SiteWorx Home Overview

The "SiteWorx Home" section is the first page the website owner sees when they log in to SiteWorx. It displays information about the logged in user, and an "Edit" link to provide quick access to changing their login information.

Under the "Account Features" section, a number of the common SiteWorx accounts features are listed, along with their current usage and limits. The following features are listed:

  • Bandwidth (Monthly)
  • Disk Space
  • E-mail Boxes
  • MySQL Databases
  • FTP Accounts
  • Secondary Domains
  • Pointer Domains
  • Subdomains

How To - Change the SiteWorx Administrator's E-Mail Address

  1. Click the Icon Administration menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the Icon User Accounts menu item.
  3. Click the button next to the master SiteWorx account.
  4. Enter the Administrator's E-mail address in the E-mail Address text box.
  5. Click the button.
  6. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: User successfully edited..

How To - Change the SiteWorx Administrator's Language

  1. Click the Icon Administration menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the Icon User Accounts menu item.
  3. Click the button next to the master SiteWorx account.
  4. Select a new language from the Language dropdown box.
  5. Click the button.
  6. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: User successfully edited..
Alternatively, you can click the [iw_link]Edit[/iw_link] next to <b>My Info</b> on the [iw_menu_item type=unknown id=SiteWorx Home] page to bypass steps 1 and 2.

How To - Change the SiteWorx Administrator's Name

  4. Enter the desired administrator's name in the Name text box.
  5. Click the button.

How To - Change the SiteWorx Administrator's Password

  1. Click the Icon Administration menu item if it is not already open.
  2. Click the Icon User Accounts menu item.
  3. Click the button next to the master SiteWorx account.
  4. Enter the desired password in the Password text box.
  5. Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password text box.
  6. Click the button.
  7. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: User successfully edited..
