Send mailbox quota warning emails when a mailbox approaches the quota limit.

Only mailboxes with a defined quota will receive this alert. Instructions to set a mailbox quota.
  1. cp /etc/courier/quotawarnmsg.example /etc/courier/quotawarnmsg
  2. Customize /etc/courier/quotawarnmsg for your server
  3. chown 644 /etc/courier/quotawarnmsg
  4. Edit /usr/local/interworx/lib/autorespond/ to set the warning threshold percentage. For example, adding -w 90 sets a 90% threshold:
if [ "$HOST" != "" ];
DOMDIR=`/home/vpopmail/bin/vuserinfo -d $EXT@$HOST`
/usr/bin/deliverquota -w 90 $DOMDIR/Maildir

This is the default mail quota warning email.
