InterWorx classifies IP’s into 2 categories: shared and dedicated.

Shared
Shared IP’s can be used by multiple SiteWorx accounts and Resellers without any conflict. The downside is will not be available to any SiteWorx accounts on that IP. Also, in the event of a DNS issue, only the first alphabetically SiteWorx account will be accessible by that IP (in the standard configuration).

Dedicated
Dedicated IP’s can only be used by one SiteWorx account with the advantage that SSL can be used on that domain and in the event of a DNS outage the site is still reachable via IP.
