I ordered a One Time license from you but why am I now getting a notification to update my credit card on file?

What you received was an automated courtesy notification that the credit card you have on file is nearing expiration.

How long do I have to pay an invoice?

The invoice due date is a day or two after it’s created but we also give a 7-10 day grace period after that time before we would deactivate the license for non-payment. If you have a credit card, you can place it on file on your account and the invoice will be auto charged to it each term.

I am a reseller. Why do I have to put a credit card on file?
