I just ordered, where is my license key?

All of our orders from new clients are manually verified before the license keys are issued. Reseller partners and verified clients will receive new license keys within minutes of purchase. If you do not get your license key issued within 12 hrs please email sales@interworx.com with your order number and we will look into it.

I ordered a One Time license from you but why am I now getting a notification to update my credit card on file?

What you received was an automated courtesy notification that the credit card you have on file is nearing expiration.
