We were using Ensim Pro as a hosting solution for a couple of years. We went looking for a different hosting solution and preferably a hosting solution that allows clustering. We found InterWorx after some research and we sent them a huge email with a lot of questions. All questions were answered and we decided to start a pilot with an InterWorx cluster.
It was amazing, we never saw a control panel that was so easy to install. Now, a few months later, the servers have no issues and we didn't have to change anything of the standard installation or had to add scripts to keep the servers running (Except for a kernel upgrade and bug fixes).
The fact that the systems updates itself automatically is also a big advantage, certainly for customers who rent dedicated servers from us. The [interface] is so straight forward that none of our dedicated server customers ever asked any questions regarding InterWorx-CP. It saves us time and money.
Our resellers were the first ones who tested the configuration. It was a success, almost all our resellers switched to the InterWorx cluster, they liked the interface and the ease of use. Only problem we had back then was the lack of subdomain support , which wasn't available in a clustered setup. That's solved now. What we are also missing is the "pointer domains" feature for a clustered setup, but we are sure that that will be fixed in the next release.
The support team has been and still is a great help! Although there are some bugs here and there, we figured that that isn't a problem since the support team fixes these issues fast. This is a VERY BIG advantage of InterWorx!
We purchased our first licenses as one time licenses, but we have decided that our future licenses will be annual one month licenses, because of the very good support from the InterWorx team we feel that this is "Value for Money". Also, good support costs money so that's fair.
Before I end this letter, I want to say that for now InterWorx is our Number 1 hosting solution for our shared hosting services and dedicated servers. If InterWorx will be as stable in the future as it is now, keeps their support like this, keeps the current features and of course adds other new widely used features, then InterWorx will be our Number 1 solution now and in the future.
