You can change the IP address associated with your InterWorx License Key. This may be required due to:

    • Migrating to a new server
    • Updating the primary IP address
    • Troubleshooting the following error:
The license server reports that the key [License Key] has already been activated on a different IP. Please contact InterWorx Support

To change the binding on your InterWorx License Key, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to

2. Click the Licenses icon in the top bar

3. Select the checkbox next to the specific license(s) to be updated

4. At the bottom of the page, select Change IP in the With Selected dropdown

5. Update the IP Address field

6. Click Update. A green bar appears confirming the IP Address change

7. Run ~iworx/cron/license.pex --sync
