NodeWorx Reseller accounts can be used to allow customers to create their own SiteWorx accounts. The resellers can be allocated any specific number of features, such as the number of SiteWorx accounts they're allowed to create, monthly bandwidth, disk storage, e-mail boxes, MySQL databases, etc, that they can then divide out among the SiteWorx accounts that they create, as they see fit.
This allows for very fine grained control over the limits you place on resellers on your server. Of course if you choose resellers can also have unlimited access to these features as well. While Resellers do have access to NodeWorx, they do not see any features that are reserved for the Server Administrator. They cannot do things like alter http service configurations or give themselves shell access.

This is the day of each month that the billing cycle starts. This affects when bandwidth counters reset each month for the reseller account. If you set your billing day to 12, this means that on the 12th of every month, a new bandwidth monitoring period will start for this reseller account.
The status of the reseller account. Choices are Active or Inactive. Inactive reseller accounts will not be able to login to the system.
For details about each Reseller Package Features, see the Reseller Package Overview

If you delete a reseller account, all of the SiteWorx accounts created under that reseller get transferred to the main NodeWorx user.
