License Server IP Change –Action Needed if Using an External Firewall

Published by Jenna Swisher on April 12, 2023

The IP address for the license authorization server (license.interworx.info) will be changing soon, as we move the database to a new server.

The new IP address will automatically be added to the Firewall page in NodeWorx in an upcoming release.

However, customers who have their own external firewalls are advised to make sure that both the current IP (207.32.181.150) and the new IP (209.87.159.14) are whitelisted in their current set up, so as to avoid the potential for license or service interruptions in the near future.
